Step out onto the upstairs balcony to enjoy breezes off the lake, take a walk over to the community's shared seasonal pool and year-round hot tub, and relax on the covered patio. The living space even features a gas fireplace to curl up to each evening!

This condo enjoys easy access to Harbor Village (which offers an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and tennis and basketball courts) on the paved bike path. You'll also be half a mile inland of the Bear Lake State Park Marina and a short drive from Garden City Beach (a mile south), Lakeview Market (a mile south), the Bear Lake West Golf Course (four miles north), Minnetonka Cave (22 miles northwest), and Beaver Mountain Ski Area (14 miles west).

It’s a great property.
A couple small things- the shower downstairs has a leak whenever the toilet upstairs flushes. Also there is a dead-mouse smell in the kitchen.

Nice view and close to town. There was no grill in the balcony as described and the drain stop in the bathtub does not work so if you have infant, might be difficult to give bath. Overall, not bad for a weekend.

Beautiful condo, beautiful location
Amazing views from this immaculate condo. Everything was very nice inside and out. We used the BBQ grill the first night! Tiny parking lot for multiple units, so be prepared to accommodate your neighbors who parked in your clearly marked spaces with their minivans and F-250s.
