The property is old. We found several spider webs and cockroaches. To add to it, the different units look to house residents who are stoned. One we thought was a housekeeper would come out of a room that had a cart in front. Fiddle with things, mumble and go back in only to appear an hour later and repeat. Beds are old and squeaky. Breakfast isn't a typical Continental but more of a quick snack.

Great customer service. Old building door did not shut properly, bath faucet loose , blow dryer did not work , no wash clothes, toilet seat sliding off, bed frame popped loudly Everytime I moved. The first room I was assigned was not cleaned after previous guest no linens on beds and trash left behind.

The bathroom was kind of dirty and it took a really long time for the shower water to heat up, not good when it's cold. People smoking weed and being loud all night... You can hear people having sex all night, people coming and going. Someone needs to check in with residents more because something isn't right.
