Brill staff.
I paid extra for a superior room that includes a king size bed, but unfortunately we had a normal double bed. It was late when we checked in so couldn't be bothered to ask to change. However, what did help was the staff helping us out as we needed breakfast 30 minutes early. The breakfast was great. We slept OK, it was a little hot.

Liked the location. the panoramic view from our room (though it was impaired by scaffolding), the staff and the facility to park the car right outside. Didn't like being 58 steps up on top floor when Mrs Boddy has serious breathlessness problem. Didn't like room in poor condition with hole in cieling and peeling paint on the window cill. Didn't like cramped shower cubicle. While the breakfasts were generous we didn't like the flavour of the oil it was cooked in. We thought property was more a B & B than a hotel and we thought it was very over-priced for what it was.

Good position on the sea front. Very clean modern room. King-size comfortable bed. Room very big good for a family. Great Internet connection. Big tv with access to Netflix Breakfast very good quality Communal areas very comfortable.

Everything was great. We had a nice, quiet, vacation. Matthew was so nice, we had an excursion and had to leave early before breakfast. He made us a sandwich to take with us. He was the best!
