Couldn’t fault the hotel, warm clean, central to everything, staff very helpful and friendly, not enough lighting where the dressing table was. Lovely city first time visiting will be back again.

The staff were friendly enough, but very unprofessional. They was swearing, and when I asked about my free room upgrade and my two complimentary drinks I was told that they do not have a spare room to upgrade which I do understand but when I was still able to purchase an upgraded room, this leads me to believe that someone was lying. I was also told I cannot have the my two free drinks. There was no reason given I’d given up arguing at this point. The rooms were comfortably enough, they were clean but things were missed.

Fresh linen is surely a standard option in hotels
First night the sheets had not been changed from previous guest and were not pleasant. Second day were changed after I requested it but fresh towels were not given. No phone in the room meant I always had to go down to reception to communicate. Noisy area so sleeping was a challenge

Noise
Hi, my wife and i stay on 28th dec. Hotel was nice and the staff very friendly, however there was no tv remote in the room. I informed the hotel but no replacement was provided The noise from the adjacent room of a couple falling out continued until 7 am, At 8am the noise from the building site started, so overall our stay wasn't the best nights sleep.. We communicated this to the staff when checking out but still nothing was offered!!
