Property is clean, relatively new, and the staff was very friendly. However, there are several things we did not like about our stay.
Marriott properties now only service rooms once every three days. And while I could rant quite a bit about that, my problem with this property is that when we asked for service we were refused. I can understand that if it was just one or two people in the room, once every three days is fine, but when you have 4 people, including kids, sometimes you just need service. The rooms come with minimum amount of towels and it's nearly impossible for 4 people to keep track of which towels are theirs, especially considering there are only two hooks. And when your kid spills chips on the floor, you don't have access to a vacuum to clean it up yourself. There are just times when we should be able to request service.
Furthermore, we found the business center to be almost useless because the computers run Linux instead of Windows and also don't have MS Word.
Lastly, the rooms have plumbing issues. We had two rooms and in both rooms the faucets leaked and the shower handles were extremely loose. We were also at breakfast and heard another couple informing the staff as they checked out that their sink dripped.
The staff was really nice though and the location was excellent.
