Clean and safe hotel very well located in Sintra. Negative is no bar or real lobby area. Positive is nice outdoor area and a good breakfast with a lot of fresh fruit and berries.

This is a small hotel one block from the metro. We booked 2 nights, 2 rooms. Desk personnel was very helpful, he recommended an excellent, inexpensive restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast was offered with our room, not many choices since most everything was gone, even though there was over an hour left to breakfast service. We had to go to kitchen area to ask for coffee. There were 2 girls working the kitchen, but they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than doing their job. Rooms were very quiet, very comfortable and very clean.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Helpful. Basic room does not lack for anything. Breakfast nice enough, many choices. Great location. The lobby staff made our day, we felt valued.

Second stay - lovely hotel
The hotel is a short walk from the train station and an easy walk from the city center. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, the rooms are quite comfortable, and the breakfast is nice.
