Not very clean the room. Room too small when you have medium/large luggage. Impossible to walk around the bed. Bathroom layout not very well designed.

Good location, rooms are subpar
While the location is amazing, the room's design, particularly the bathroom, is subpar. The confined and inconvenient space in the bathroom became evident. Additionally, the absence of the silicone piece under the shower door resulted in water leaking out during showers, requiring us to use towels to mop up the spilled water.

The room that Cristiana gave us the day we arrived was the worst room we have ever been to. Then Alfonso help us by changing it to a better one. I’m a person with disability and Cristiana did not take that into consideration.She gave me a room so little that you couldn’t even close the door to the bathroom. I tripped many times and almost fall down. Will never consider going there again.
