On Thursday, October 26, 2023, we checked in and stayed until October 31, a total of 6 days. We encountered several issues. The staff, Joao, was impolite.
• On Friday, October 27, Joao told us he was on leave, and no one was available to assist us. He refused to answer any calls, stating that it was his day off. When asked why he was off on a Friday, he responded rudely, saying, 'Aren't you on leave too?' This was highly inappropriate.
• Communication with Joao was limited to WhatsApp text messages; he did not accept any voice calls.
• Despite booking a room with two beds, we were provided only one bottle of water on the first day, and Joao claimed it was a courtesy. We questioned why a double room would only receive one bottle, and Joao replied, 'If you want, we can charge a new bottle.' Such a response was impolite and lacked customer service etiquette.
• In the room with two twin beds, there was only one chair, leaving the second person without a place to sit.
• The bathroom lacked ventilation, leading to foggy conditions after showering.
• After using the shower, the entire bathroom floor became wet, creating a slippery and dangerous situation. Despite being a shared bathroom, cleaning occurred only once in the morning, and by afternoon and evening, it was notably dirty.
• Despite calling the manager, Diogo, twice, he instructed us to call back the next day on both occasions. This raised concerns about the service quality and the lack of alternative staff to handle urgen
