Short business trip that was most definitely made more comfortable by the staff in the hotel, nothing was too much trouble, big thanks the receptionist who appeared to work 24hrs a day. She was without doubt the best receptionist I have ever encountered.

Great Stay! Beautiful hotel.
We arrived very early, after a red-eye flight from the US. The gentleman behind the desk, Thomas, was very welcoming (glass of sparkling wine) and was able to get us a very early check-in. We were able to get some sleep before going out to explore Lisbon. The lobby and our room are very elegantly decorated. Hollywood Glam! We walked to the cruise port with our luggage with no problem. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, good room size. Front desk people are really nice and helpful. They don't clean the room one day, I stayed 4 nights.No hand soap or shower gel when I arriced. Of course when I asked for it they provided them. Towells have a "not nice odor". Near to shopping, restaurants and public transportation.
