Fantastic service. It provides a truly 5-star experience. There are newer, perhaps more modern and luxurious 5-star hotels nearby, but I cannot imagine you will be treated better than at this hotel. It truly stands out for service among many other 5-star hotels I have visited. The rooftop bar/restaurant provides gorgeous views of the city and the food is both creative and delicious.
