We booked based on there being a pool. We get there to no pool. Room dirty and smells musty

Went to check in after arriving late and the room hadn’t been cleaned. Then there was not an available replacement room. Ended up taking a lesser room. Facility was completely run down both on the grounds and indoor. No security because outside access doors broken, no smoke detector in the room, smoking was going on inside the near rooms. The place stunk. The TV was broken off of the wall. Bathroom in super deteriorating condition. Included breakfast was a joke. The mattress was comfortable.

When we arrived in our room - the toilet had tissue in it, so I flushed - and it did not go down - something wrong with the toilet. So the repairman came twice to the room - finally got it to flush properly, when you help the handle down a little longer than usual.

Lisa, the person who checked us in, was a delight! We had a small issue at check in and Lisa worked through it with us with grace, understanding, compassion, and a caring attitude. She really made a quick, overnight stay enjoyable! On the negative side, the hotel has a policy of a $250 CASH only deposit that was a major pain since we do not travel with a lot of cash. Most hotels we have stayed at (including Disney resorts) puts a hold amount on a credit card to cover any room damages or incidentals. It would be much better if paying the deposit with a CC was available! Otherwise, everything was as expected, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

was not handicap friendly. only 2 entrances doors and what seem like miles of hallways be prepared to do a lot of walking unless your room is close to the front desk. asked for the first floor was given 2nd floor was not fully booked either. to far to the pool to use it. halls after halls after halls Tried to pay cash but was told I would have to pay a $250 deposit was told i had to used my credit card since I booked with it. front desk staff was very inhospitable. maid service was decent but didn't make our bed on the stayover. just took 1/2 the garbage and gave us towels. very friendly. she did give us extra coffee, hotel was very noisy. never made it to free breakfast. it was 3-4 hallways away. so was the pool

A liitle off the beaten path and slightly dated facilities, however, it was very clean, it felt safe, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful
