There is massive amount of outdoor space> including a covered patio and large deck on the west side of the property overlooking the large yard sloping down to the grapevines on the grounds. there is a high hedged "secret garden" on the east side of the cottage providing the sense of a true old English garden. Ideal for a small gathering, meditation, yoga, morning coffee and a good read, or late afternoon rest with a glass of wine. Or perfect for children or teens to stay within the grounds providing a private, safe space to enjoy themselves while still at the cottage. Guests have enjoyed birthday celebrations, anniversaries, wine tastings, crafts and painting fun etc in this beautiful shaded outdoor space.
The cottage is very spacious providing room for friends, families, and couples to spread out and have their own spaces to retreat/relax. Accommodation for 8-10 guest visitors with comfortable private spaces in a generous lay out over 2 floors of living/sleeping. Upstairs provides (2) large workspaces for guests who must make time to connect to work and business while away on vacation.
Shady Pines Cottage is considered the BEST location in all of Leland Township as it is in the center of the village of Leland. Yet just 2 short blocks off the Main Street, harbor, and Fishtown activities. Easy to walk to everything the Village of Leland has to offer. And easy drive to area activities.
