Upon check in the lady was rude, went to take a shower and the big handle fell off and hit my foot, have a big bruise, tried to get a hold of front desk and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, told the lady about it when I checked out and she told me there was nothing she could do about it but she would make sure it got fixed
