The room bed is not comfortable foe a couple to sleep as they are giving creepy sound of timber broken. Water leak from the bathroom to the floor. No bed tea available in the rooms.

Room was run down,neither bathroom or toilet door would close, bathroom scruffy,bath well past its use by date,stained and chipped,some dubious stains on walls of toilet and bathroom,toilet broke down several times and very difficult to flush,breakfast area stark,no full b/fast, only eggs @toast avail.[with some fruit and juice]. In general,cheap,yes,but very run down, no wall bracket for shower hose head,no shower curtain,floor always soaked.
