"From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed by the check-in staff. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was very kind and helpful.
The layout of the hotel was very unique and rooms being split having the bedroom away from the entry way made for a very quiet and pleasant experience. We were concerned about noise from children running up and down the hall, but having the rooms with that layout...we never even noticed once we turned in for the nite.
The breakfast was beyond expectations, especially with the made to order omelet bar. This was definitely more than we expected.
The only complaints we have at all are very minor...the water pressure in the shower was pretty poor. Perhaps better high flow shower heads would fix that. Only one elevator was working during our stay, this made it really inconvenient at times causing cramped conditions or extended waiting to get to our floor. When we were leaving, the second elevator was working finally.
This was our first time at an Embassy Suites, but we would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "
