The hot tub was not working and there was a dog barking inside the hotel for most of the night

The staff was knowledge and friendly, good breakfast and clean kitchen area. Rooms cleans, just a little dust under bath cabinet. I didn't like guest got big dogs on their rooms.

Trying to use the jacuzzi tub, the cold water would not shut off. Informed front desk clerk who called the manager. The manager’s solution was to call maintenance and have them look at it. THEN if it couldn’t be fixed to move us to another room. After an hr and a half the maintenance man left but it still sounded like we had a waterfall in our room all night. Slept horribly. Will be back but probably won’t upgrade.
