Friendly staff and nice hotel. We left some hanging clothes accidentally, and management is boxing them up and shipping them for us. Thank you so much!

My husband and I have been in Laurel Mississippi since April 20 -25. Thursday we went down town Laurel and back again on Except just wanted to let people know that we stayed at the Hampton Inn and suites in Laurel. Upon checking in we were notified that from 8 to 6 there would be construction going on plus from 11 to 3 the water is turned off, but at least when we got back to the room we could go to the heated pool that was an NO it was very cold asked the front desk they told us it was broken that they had several people come in order parts but it still wasn’t fixed, upon speaking to the manager she said it was heated 85° No it wasn’t.And now the icemaker‘s are out Upon talking to the manager I was told too bad they weren’t going to compensate for the inconvenience , She was rude said construction I was not going on Monday for the weekend but yet the signs were plastered everywhere that the construction was going to continue so you stayed away until after three to avoid the noise and have water. there no southern hospitality at all trust me.
