The problem with our stay was our door to our room would not lock. We didn't realize this, until the following morning, but our key card was unnecessary. You could simply open the door to our room. Yes, we used the two lock system the night before, but we all know how those can easily be bypassed. An oversight like this breaks rule number one in safety and security when staying in any hotel. We brought it to the attention of the front desk upon check out, but the response was very disappointing. "We will look into it". We will not be staying here again.
