Mountain Lodge with sauna-350 acres. 5 minutes from fishing, kayaking, boating!

Nestled in the beautiful Colorado mountains and surrounded by forest, you can't help but feel relaxed and connected to nature. This lodge features a large great room with pool table and plenty of outdoor living space to take full advantage of Colorado's amazing climate. This is a very family friendly home! However, we do ask that you keep it pet free as two of the owner’s young daughters have severe, life threatening allergies to both dogs and cats. We really appreciate your understanding!

The Lodge is only a 5 minute drive from the boat dock at Elevenmile Reservoir where you will find boat and kayak rentals during the summer months and incredible ice fishing during the winter months. With hiking, biking, SUP’ing, horseback riding, and ATV trails all around, there is something for everyone right out your back door!

A short drive west will take you to white water rafting in Buena Vista, skiing in Breckenridge, or more Gold Medal fishing at Spinney Mountain Reservoir. No matter what season you visit, Colorado doesn't disappoint.

After a day out enjoying nature you can warm up and relax in the sauna before enjoying your nightly display of beautiful stars on the new deck furniture. With a wraparound deck and the completely screened in porch you can enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather.

The closest town is a 15 minute drive and has a small grocery store and the Fat BBQ Shack for those nights you don't feel like cooking. There is also a small convenience store down by the lake for any necessities, snacks, ice cream, or adult beverages.

Our fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for your entire group to enjoy. There is also a second refrigerator and freezer in the laundry room so you can stock up on food for your large group.

This home does not have AC due to the high altitude and amazing climate in our area. Just open your windows and enjoy the crisp mountain air.
