Great place in need of improvement
Place was great , unfortunately it has bad advertising. The place is missing a lot of items and cleaning needs to be improved like the sheeting seamed they weren’t washed, no kitchen towels, no garbage bags . We ended up replacing the propane tank from the kitchen to the dryer. Maintenance guy said we needed to buy propane ourselves or buy propane from him.

Modern and comfortable
The house is in a small fenced in community with guards monitoring the in and out traffic. The 3 story house is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was clean and the perfect dept for lounging and talking. The beach access is across the street and a little way in. The pool area and palapa by the beach need a little maintenance but, that is the HOA responsibility I believe. There are 3 actual bedrooms in the house, and a loft. Master with a queen, One bedroom with another queen, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 singles). The loft on the 3rd floor has a queen bed as well. Although the stove needs update, and the showers need curtains, we were comfortable.

I came to this property with my family for a weekend and I can’t justify enough how great it was.
Renting this property was one of the best ideas I’ve had. From the cleanliness to the attention from Jennifer and Noel it has been a great stay. The house is literally what the pictures entail. I will definitely be coming back soon! The house is super neat, and super clean. Maybe to one of the most clean houses I’ve been to. Esta casa es super genial para cualquier familia. Se las recomendo. I recommend your stay here!
