With a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy, along with the barbecue, long summer days and good weather.
Very bright house with a room on the ground floor, for the comfort of our elderly.
And also parking inside the property for a standard car.
With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala is a corner that adapts to the tastes of any bather. From extensive sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. maison agréable , coin déja connu, ballades de proximité idéales à pied, proche de Figueras et du musée Dali, de Gérone et plein d'autres villes avec centres médiévaux, sans parler des plages de la Costa Brava un peu fraiches en cette saison . Nous avons aussi bien profité de la gastronomie catalane

Maison très bien située Idéale pour une famille À 2 pas de la plage et des commerces Elle mérite toutefois d'un petit rafraîchissement et d'un peu plus de matériel ( cuisine et entretien) Quant au bruit nous n'avons pas pu évaluer car en pleine crise sanitaire covid 19 donc les touristes ne sont pas au rendez-vous mais pour nous ce fût un plus. Nous gardons cette adresse Nous reviendrons

Location idéal pour les petits budget
Maison sympathique, a 1mn a pied de la mer et idealement situé proche des commerces ! Ensemble plutot positif ! barbecue en dur , avec une excellente boucherie en face rien de mieux ! Seul point négatif de cette maison , c'est la rue qui peux s’avérer un peu bruyante !

Un ventilateur aurait été le bienvenu La douche n'est pas étanche un peu délabré Les lits du rez de chaussée sont inconfortablesur La terrasse appréciable avec la météo Le barbecue apporte un plus Ainsi que la place de parking

j'aimerais la garder pour moi,mais ce n'est pas possible ! villa super agréable,à 30m de la plage,assez d'espace pour rentrer une hyundai tucson (bouteille 5 l(vide) contre le mur ! 5 semaines de bonheur ! nous reviendrons.

Tres bien placé à 25m de la plage, face aux commerces, une petite cours avec terrasse et barbecue...
Petite maison de ville simple et confortable. On peut manger dehors sur la terrasse. Une voiture de taille moyenne tient dans la cours... parfait egalement pour ceux qui aurait un petit chien... c'est parfait pour de bonnes vacances... tres bon rapport qualite/prix
