Hello, would you like to spend your next vacation on the North Sea? Great, because we offer you a lovingly furnished, family-friendly apartment (92 sqm) on the upper floor of a city villa.

The spacious apartment offers two bedrooms,
a living-dining room,
a bathroom, a kitchen,
a wellness room with an infrared cabin and a hallway enough space for 1 - 4 people.

It is located in a quiet location and has a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the canal.

Our kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, plastic containers, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and much more. fully equipped.

In our cozy living-dining room you can relax, take their meals together, play games or simply enjoy a relaxing evening on the TV.

The bathroom has a towel heater, a sink with vanity unit, a mirror, a toilet, a washing machine and a towel rack.

Hand and bath towels, bed linen and the use of the washing machine are included in the rental price.

The apartment is technically up-to-date with underfloor heating and a ventilation system.

Wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben einen 10-tägigen Urlaub in der wunderschönen, modern eingerichteten und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestalteten Ferienwohnung gemacht. Von den Vermietern wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen und diese hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und Auge für uns und unseren Hund. Da ich meinen runden Geburtstag dort verbracht habe und mein Mann dieses nebenbei erwähnt hatte, bekam ich kleine Überraschungen und Geschenke, die mich sehr berührt haben. Auch die Umgebung dort, sei es Greetsiel oder die kleinen Runddörfer rundherum und die zu langen Spaziergängen einladenden Wege in der Natur haben uns sehr gefallen. Alles in allem war es eine sehr erholsame und schöne Zeit für uns. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne noch einmal wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lingener mit Seppi

Es war absolut hervorragend
Wir wurden Herzlich empfangen und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Infrarotsauna hat mir sehr beim Entspannen geholfen. Mal 3 Tage den Alltag vergessen. Nächstes Mal bleiben wir definitiv länger. Wir, Ü60 waren spontan für 1 Woche in der inserierten Fwh. Sehr nette, aufmerksame Vermieter. Die Wohnung selbst aus unserer Sicht, absolut "Premium". Tip Top sauber, die moderne Einrichtung in neuwertigem Zustand. Alles ist vorhanden, keine zusätzlichen Kosten. Terrasse mit weit zu öffnenden Wintergarten und Infrarotkabine, super. Es war ein Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr beeindruckt hat uns die moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Gastfreundschaft. Auch unser Sohn war sehr begeistert von der Spieleauswahl und seinem kindgerecht gestaltetem Zimmer. Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage und konnten unseren Alltag komplett vergessen. Sehr angenehm war auch die Infrarot Kabine, welche für die Extra Portion Entspannung gesorgt hat. Wir können diese Wohnung bestens empfehlen und würden diese auch jederzeit wieder buchen!

Familienurlaub 05/23
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir würden auch gerne wiederkommen! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, ist sehr modern ausgestattet (Programmierte Schalter für Rollos, Licht, Steckdosen, etc). Wintergarten sehr groß und gemütlich! Möchte man auch zuhause haben! Vielen Dank an Herrn und Frau Jetses, die Kommunikation und Detailierung mit persönlich abgestimmten Eigenschaften auf die Mieter ist hervorragend und bisher nirgendswo anderes erreicht worden. Für Kinder sehr schön und viel Spielzeug! Selbst die Bettwäsche wurde auf das Geschlecht und Alter des Kindes abgestimmt. Kurz zusammengefasst: Es passte alles! Vielen Dank!
