Take a Uber or cab from Kowloon station via the AirPort Express and boom you’re in Hong Kong. Next to best mall k11. Then MTR is super easy. I like it because it’s close “in a way” to the airport when departing.

Quirky vibe in central location
I just had a quick three night stay booked in and wanted to be central but on Kowloon side. This was a perfect spot right in the middle of the busy TST area. The room was small but more than adequate for a solo traveller like myself, and I really enjoyed the quirky design aesthetic.
