At the historic location of Kos Old Town we built with much love and respect a luxury apartment. This is Φiloxenia residence and we will be with you for a unique experience in Kos, Greece.

The idea of the owner was to create a beautiful, comfortable and modern Apartment, on the necessity for ameliorating the luxurious tourist services with an affordable price.

We made a strong team surrounded by architects, interior designers and mechanics and we are glad we final get exact the result we had in mind. The fully renovation was finalize on the summer of 2022 and since June we will be ready to host you on our little gem, in the heart of Kos! We will definitely be with you throughout of your trip!

The apartment is indicated on the first floor and it is an outstanding situation living here in the heart of Kos! It includes a cozy balcony, two double and comfortable beds, a luxurious bathroom and an astonishing living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you may need. Α Nespresso machine and a washing machine included.

The luxury of the materials and their ideal organization in the space will try to relax even the most demanding travelers.

My residence is in the historical center of Kos. This means that all attractions are within walking distance a few meters away. Countless restaurants and bars, your choices are truly endless, shops, the local market, even pharmacy's, are nearby. Everything is right at your feet.

The bus station is a few meters away, you can travel all over the island by taking the bus. Otherwise you can rent a car or a bike.

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is 24/7 hot water.

Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
