Check-in was different, no one at the front desk after 9:00pm & we were arriving after midnight. However, they made it very easy it check-in.

The property seemed to be pretty new, so that was nice, but we called it the "NO" hotel. I'll explain. They had NO hairdryer, even after we called the front desk, NO coffee, with the exception of decaf. We were told the day before there would be no coffee because they were out! (Was the grocery store out as well??). The had 2 very, very, wimpy pillows on the bed, 1 soap bar so we had to keep moving it from the bathroom to the kitchenette, NO coffee maker in the room, NO hair conditioner. NO front desk person until later in the morning... I guess you get what you pay for!

Great value for the price plus they accommodated our dog. Check-in was a bit unusual. We arrived at roughly 7 pm. Prior to the arrival (about 5 pm) we got a phone call saying the front desk would be closed and doors locked when we arrived. We had to call from inside the first set of doors and a hotel employee let us in and checked us in. Otherwise, very nice room with extended stay amenities. We will be back next time we travel in the area!

The front desk isn't manned overnight. There's only complimentary coffee and hot chocolate; however, the rooms do have kitchenettes. There aren't any utensils or dishes available to use. It may be nice to have a toaster and coffee maker in the room.

Dislike having a kitchen area in a hotel but no dishes, or silverware or anything but a sign saying I can “purchase some” like wth. Stayed 5 nights and I didn’t stay “long enough” to have my room cleaned or towels changed. Hotel lobby had a bunch of fans everywhere and it was just meh!
