In a 1910 Victorian house, this one-bedroom, ground-floor apartment features original woodwork, pocket doors, a baby grand (yes, it’s tuned!), a separate dining room, a well-stocked kitchen, and many delightful outdoor spaces. You’ll have your own washer and dryer in the basement with access from the kitchen and off street parking.

The house is located near the point where the Hudson River meets the Rondout Creek, and is a 10-minute walk to the marina, restaurants, bars, river cruises and more. Only a few minutes walk from the door, you'll find the Rondout Lighthouse Trail, which connects to the Empire State Trail via Kingston Point Park.
