Property not well maintained. Stopper missing from bathroom sink, Cobwebs in upper corners of room, heat did not work in our room (although management provided a space heater), knobs missing from dresser in room, door to room did not close all the way on its own. Easy to hear people walking in room above us; our room was near ice machine (which was not working), so we heard people frustrated at not able to get ice. Front desk help were kind and courteous.

Front desk guy was great, room service or housekeeping on the other hand was very rude and even opened the hotel room door letting himself in to ask if we needed room service, towels etc etc and was very pushy about getting out us out of the room “on time”

I will try to find a better place to stay the next time in Kearney, NE. As a diabetic there was no offerings at breakfast except items loaded with sugar. it was difficult to try and get t sleep as the bed was poor and there were children heard running upstairs, above our room.
