In Kaprun, at the foot of the Maiskogel, you will find a spacious 400m² chalet that is ideal for a comfortable stay in the Alps. The chalet consists of two separate residential units that are connected, making it suitable for large groups without sacrificing privacy.

The living rooms are spacious and fully equipped, while the kitchens are modernly equipped to meet all your culinary needs. The nine bedrooms offer enough space for 18 adults and 3 children, and are equipped with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.

The four bathrooms, one of which has a sauna, offer relaxation and comfort. Outside the chalet you can enjoy the terrace and garden, and there is a heated ski storage room for your equipment.

The location of the chalet is very favorable, with the supermarket and the ski bus within walking distance. As a guest you benefit from discounts on ski and snowboard lessons and ski equipment rental. The chalet also offers a carport for three cars and several balconies with views.

A fabulous stay
The house is lovely and spacious, lots of room for us to gather together and also plenty of space for privacy. It’s in a good location to walk to town and the ski lifts. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great family place
We enjoyed having a family get-together for Christmas in Haus Almkreek. It is excellently situated for slopes and town centre and offers spacious accommodation. It is a great place for a skiing holiday and should be ideal for summer lettings too.

Looking for a fabulous house in a superb location then look no further than this place. Stunning house with spectacular views within walking distance of all amenities. Although the house is split into two parts, it can cater for either small or large parties very easily. Highly recommended.

A perfect house for the big familiy.
Good location, close to shopping, close to ski rental, close to ski bus which runs to both Zell am See, Kaprun and the glacier. We were 13 people and could just gather around the large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped. All in all, a fantastic house where everything works.

amazing view , quiet & close to every thing
Just spent a great 7 nights at the property, it located in a nice quiet naberhood with a walking distance to Kaprun center, the house is very nice, well decorated with plenty of rooms, one of the great things is the amazing view of the mountains from your terrace. the large privet garden is perfect for the kids. its a nice relaxing place 👍🏼.

Nous étions un grand groupe d'amis, nous avons pu profiter durant une semaine des 4 massifs autour de KAPRUN. Que de beaux paysages, lacs et montagnes ! Le chalet était idéalement placé pour le départ de nos randonnées. Ce grand chalet nous convenait parfaitement, il est cependant divisible en 2 appartements très bien équipés aussi. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette destination.

Top Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage!
Wir haben mit 17 Erwachsenen eine tolle Skiwoche in Kaprun verbracht. Kurze Fußwege zum Skibus und Supermarkt. Die Bilder des Inserats entsprechen vollumfänglich der Realität! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern verlief immer sehr positiv. Auf Anfragen wurde immer zeitnah reagiert. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert! Vielen Dank liebe Familie Smith!
