Cheap lodgings if you are on a budget
Many flights leave Jeddah after midnight back to Europe. This is a great place to use if you need a place to relax before leaving for the airport. Don't expect any frills because there aren't any. Its cheap and clean and spacious.

6 pm I arrive on confer but manager says all rooms are booked,I showed him print out that it is confirmed but they said that hotel is full, then taxi driver called couple places finally took us to a hotel and we paid $400.00.we surprised to see that there is no seat on boil and no pillow covers and dirty pillows.+ no towel, after request they left broken dirty seat in bath room also tub was broken too. We were tired and just sleep and early morning g we went to other Madina. I called hotel.com and they promised me that they will give me $200.00 credit on next booking

حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
اقامه سيئه لانه كنت حاجز عن طريقكم بسعر 1050 ريال ثلاثه ليالي متتالية وحسن وصولي الى الفندق اخبرني موظف الاستقبال انه حجز الثلاث ليالي بسعر 1500 ريال وأخبرته أني حجزت عن طريقكم ولكنه نفى التعامل معكم وقال انهم فسخوا عقدهم معكم منذ سته أشهر وقال انه لادخل له في ذلك وأنتم المسؤلون عن ذلك ولمن طلبت ان أتكلم مع صاحب الشقق كان أسلوبه سيئ جدا وقال انه لاعلاقة له بكم وانا أطالب الان بأخذ الحق لي وان تتحملون أنتم المسؤليه

نتمنى تحسين الخدمة
الفندق جيد ولكن هناك بعض الملاحظات التي نتمنى عدم وجودها في المرة القادمة الخدمة لم تكن جيدة وكذلك نظافة الغرف وخاصة الشراشف والبطانيات لا يوجد غسالة ملابس وعند طلبها وعدوا بتوفيرها ولكنه لم يحدث خدمة تنظيف الغرف لا تأتي يوميا مثل باقي الفنادق وحتى عند طلبك يتأخرون كثيرا
