Enjoy some of the BEST VIEWS on Smith Lake from this gorgeous third floor condo at Duncan Bridge Resort. This condo offers many amenities not available in a traditional house. The condo offers a large swimming pool  (OPEN YEAR ROUND), a public charcoal grill, and a covered boat slip.

This beautifully decorated condo features 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths with a large balcony overlooking the pool and the lake. Wake up to beautiful views of the lake from your master suite featuring a kingsize bed, large bath, dual sinks and separate shower and garden tub. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with a third bedroom with a queen size bed.   Plenty of seating on the balcony for enjoying lake views morning and night.
The dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 at the bar.

Duncan Bridge Marina and Boat Launch are just across the street. Two miles north of Duncan Bridge, you'll be able to find groceries and restaurants in Arley.  For more great restaurants and shopping, Jasper is only about 15 minutes away.

No pets are allowed in or around the  Duncan Bridge Resort condos by rental guests.

The HOA has a 4 night minimum imposed for the summer until labor day weekend and a 3 night minimum after that.

PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. This property has a 4 night minimum during peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day).
