The girl that was working when I checked in, I had to get her attention. She was on the phone, what seemed to be a personal call. Then I could not hear her, she spoke so soft, I had to ask her several times what she was saying. I was then double charged for Amenities! I get to the room and I noticed a big stain on the bed spread the comforter on the bed had a rip in it, so I did not want to be charged so I let the front desk know. I requested to be moved because the room next door was so loud at 11something at night. I was told she had to call management. I was then called back the room was called and was reminded of the quite time. it was quite and we were able to get some sleep. I was under the assumption that it would be every other room someone would be in because of the COVID restrictions but it seemed that all the rooms around me were booked with people. I was just not happy with my visit at all. I went out of my way to stay at this particular Holiday Inn in Jacksonville. I was under the assumption it was very nice and of Great Quality.

Breakfast Blas

The food they offer in the morning was terrible both days it was cold and I had to throw it out. They need to find another way of serving it or at least offer a microwave so you can warm it up.

Nice location close to everything

The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I was provided with plenty of information about the hotel and about all of the savings I could receive by joining the free club!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Extremely clean rooms

Pros: Large rooms and very clean
Cons: Air circulation in hallways and stairs
This hotel had excellent room conditions; the staff were not personable, especially the front desk. The air units did not work in the hallways - made it uncomfortable in heat of day to go to room. Overall it was an OK stay for the price paid.
