Harlosh Log Cabins, Cabin No 2

Our cabins with fantastic sea views of Loch Bracadale and Loch Vatten are situated in the quiet village of Harlosh,close to Dunvegan on the scenic north west of the island, which is an ideal base for exploring our beautiful island.Shops , post office , hotels and restaurants are within a short drive.
Only a few meters from the shore , with a picnic bench in a small secluded rocky bay close to a reef which usually has seals hauling out to bask in the sun.
The space
Both Cabins are set at the back of the main house and completely private.
As well as the porch for sitting taking in the views there is a BBQ ,fuel and firelighters supplied , and patio area with benches that can be used by guests.
Plenty hard standing parking immediately beside the main house and a few metres from the cabin.
As well as a fully equipped kitchen each has a washer/dryer , laundry capsules and conditioner are supplied , to the rear of the chalet for use by guests , handy for longer stays or if you have been travelling for a while.
WiFi has recently been upgraded to mobile broadband to give better connection speeds
Guest access
As well as the Garden and Patio area the field at the back of the property is accessible by a gate and takes you down to the small rocky bay and a picnic bench by the shore.
Depending on the season and weather the reef is a favourite spot for the local seals hauling out.
Otters and sea eagles can be seen from time to time and there is always the local birdlife working the Loch and shoreline

As the cabin is entirely self contained and self catering we can provide a safe and pleasant stay for guests with social distancing easily maintained throughout
