Needs to be renovated. Not Ada complaint. People up all night drinking and being loud. Breakfast and staff are both a disappointment.

Joe,We dont have control over the people. We are updating our rooms and the break fast time is 6am to 9am. After 9am you will just get coffee.

Needs extreme renovation. The linens need.to be replaced. The parking lit is in disrepair. Does not have staff available to talk to after hours, or during check out. Had people partying until the wee hours of the morning. Bathroom is unsafe for handicap or elderly, the tub is slippery and have no hand rails. Worst place i have stayed in in the last 30 years.

Joe,The room you reserved was not handicapped or you did not made any special request. We have several guest stayed in that room but we never encountered bathtub issue, since you wrote unsatisfied review, we will look into it.

Go to check in and they charged another $60.00 for in case of damage. Went to the room and there was broken mirror , missing fan switch , missing light fixture. and missing light bulbs. Checked me out early so I had to get key card renewed. No way I would ever stay there again.

James, we hold 60 for incidental for every guest and at the check in time we mentioned you the same and you denied to pay. Without security incidental the check- in wont process and you had pay and did not liked it. At a check out you did not mentioned anything about your stay accept 60.
