great stay in April
With nice weather, it's an easy 15 min walk to bathhouse row and downtown restaurants. It's a 4 min walk to Craig Terrace Road, where there's a trailhead that leads to the Upper Dogwood Trail in the national park. You can find this short trail on alltrails. The two decks on the house were fantastic. We saw deer while drinking coffee each morning. Aside from normal neighborhood noise (dogs, lawn mowers, etc.), it was very quiet and peaceful here. I hope we'll get to return.

We loved your property and the location in town but also in nature! The back deck off the main bedroom was heaven to sit on and have coffee or a night cap. Thank you so much for all of the little touches you leave for guests comfort, i.e. coffee pods, soaps and shampoos, etc. We will definitely book this location again when coming to Hot Springs!

We stayed here for my husbands birthday trip and absolutely loved it! Within 20 min of arrival we could see deer out of the main bedroom, my husband absolutely adored it! The cottage was clean, and welcoming! Thank you for a wonderful space to celebrate his birthday!

Girl Trip
It was three girlfriends and We had the best time! Most relaxing, felt like home. You step out of the bedroom onto a patio and you see deer, bluebirds, red birds and squirrels. it was absolutely beautiful. Downtown was like 10 or 15 minutes away. Everything was there to see. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and nobody bothers you.Just Serenity We will return and stay at the same house. Thank you Lauren

Great Getaway

Mountainside Vibes
It was a wonderful stay. Quite cozy and easy accessibility to EVERYTHING. Super clean and oh my oh my let me BRAG about the shower. It was wonderful. It lacked a few details like sugar and instructions on how the lights etc work. The only other side note I would add is the pet pen outside could have been bigger. The picture is a bit deceiving, but worked out fine. The lights were easily figured out. The last morning was spectacular as there were a heard of deer feeding and bedding behind the house as we had coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Very unique house in great location but had issues
Super unique house in great location close to downtown. Bigger than photos made it seem. Loved the rock details everywhere. Very private and perfect for our pets. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Main issue was the heat in the basement room. There was only one vent for this room and it was COLD! By the last night we left the door to upstairs open with a fan blowing heat down and were able to sleep. There are wall units but they didn’t work. This is an old cabin so some things were rough around the edges which is fine for the price but still this house needs more maintenance, especially the exterior. There was a tree on the roof of the house, the exterior fencing by the rocks was done improperly and was unsafe. I had to sweep leaves off the deck bc they were so thick it was slippery. Hot water heater wasn’t powerful enough to use the jetted tub and fill it up all the way.

Great Place to Stay
Property was great for the most part. We truly enjoyed our stay. Although, it need more heat in the downstairs bedroom and need easier access to the front door for anyone with issues walking, such as a handrail or better steps from the driveway up to the house steps. Even with these issues, we would gladly stay again!!
