Big views of the waterfront, and downtown from the balcony and north-facing windows. Room for everyone with 4 full bedrooms/ 3.5 baths, plus a bonus/media room with a pullout. Contemporary, high end finishes throughout. Quartz counters, engineered hardwood, SS Bosch appliances & white oak cabinets. Maximized views with reverse floor plan and living/ kitchen on top floor to enjoy the views. Large garage will accommodate cars and toys. There are 4 floors with many stairs. No smoking. No pets. Great place for family gathering
This was a perfect place for our large family to enjoy time together. Lots of space to spread out, garage parking, and an easy walk to town. The house was very clean and well appointed.

Thanksgiving with Family
4 adults and 2 kids stayed for 3 days over thanksgiving. We had dinner for 8 in the incredible kitchen and were very comfortable doing so. The other days we spent time going into town, which was around the corner and down/up the 2nd Street Stairs. Bedrooms/beds were great and more than enough bathrooms and showers for our crowd. We were even able to check into the house earlier in the day, and Amy responded promptly when I had any questions. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommended.

Beautiful place and location
Stayed here for our annual family girls trip. The property was nice and new and beautiful The beds and bedding were wonderful! The stairs can take a bit to get used to but the view is worth it. A great location within walking distance to town. The place was a hit with everyone!
