This unit is on the top level and you will enter from the oceanfront side. It maintains its beach house charm with knotty pine walls and ceilings, creating a cozy and comfortable space for your next getaway. The open kitchen, living and dining areas are relaxing and filled with sunlight from the large ocean front windows. The nicely sized kitchen has everything you will need for quick meals during your stay. The living room is comfortably furnished, including a large flat screen TV, and the dining table seats 6.

One of the best parts of this oceanfront unit is the brand new deck. From the upper level you’ll enjoy gorgeous sunrises and neverending views of the Atlantic.  With a direct shared access to the beach, your toes will be in the sand in no time.

Location:
Your beach house is located approximately .5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You will be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of Topsail Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! Please note that this rental does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
