Amazing Oceanfront Views-Top Floor Corner Villa with Direct Access to the Beach!

It’s always 5 O’clock at this Hilton Head Island beachside villa! Brand new kitchen and appliances January 2024!

This uniquely designed oceanfront property located at 372 Seaside Villas is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or family vacation. The top-floor corner villa offers a prime location just a short walk to shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza, as well as direct access to the beach. The 180 degree beautiful views of the beach and ocean from your private balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day.

The space
Sip your morning coffee (or mimosa!) on your private balcony while soaking in the beautiful blue Atlantic views. This cozy oceanfront villa includes a bright and airy comfortable living room with a pull out couch and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room TV has cable and a Roku (please bring your login info if you intend to use any apps) , and the unit has free Wi-Fi. The Bedroom features a queen bed, 2 night stands and a closet for ample storage space. Two built in bunk beds provide a perfect sleeping spot for children or additional storage.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located within Seaside Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. There are 2 onsite community pool areas (open Apr. 1-Sept. 30), grilling area, limited covered parking but large open parking lot and bike racks. Elevators are located in both buildings and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

The unit has a box fan and a tower fan for those that need one to sleep or like the air moving, along with a ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room.
There is no smoking inside nor on the balcony ( A fine will be enforced) and there are no pets allowed in the condo due to allergies ($500 per day fine with no exceptions). Seaside Villas is a pet free complex.

Perfect Beach Getaway
This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and it did not disappoint! The condo was just as advertised. We have stayed in a number of different condos at different beaches and this was by far one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Cathy did a great job stocking it with everything that is needed for a comfortable, relaxing beach vacation. We really enjoyed the beach and the island. So many restaurants to choose from! Looking forward to visiting HH in the future. Want to add that Cathy was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks Cathy for making our first visit to the island a memorable one!

Amazing Anniversary Celebration
We came to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed and more. Everything was wonderful! We walked the beach every morning and were lucky enough to see several dolphins, starfish, sand dollars and several other sea creatures. Restaurants and shops were all very close and conveniently located, and there were so many activities to do. We loved the Lowcountry Mini Boat Tour, Watusi Cafe for breakfast, Fish Camp on Broad Creek and Carolina Crab Company for dinner. We will absolutely be back!

HH Spring Break
We booked our stay last fall for our sons spring break. We were surprised when we walked into the condo that it had been remodeled. The owner had done a great job on the update. We loved siting on the balcony and listening to the ocean at night. Every morning we went for a walk on the beach and watched the sunrise. I can't say anything bad about the condo. Highly recommend renting a bike, we enjoyed peddling around and avoided crazy traffic on Pope Ave.

First thing we noticed was the pleasing flow of furnishings and paint colors. Next was the tasteful art work. Oh…then there is that “view!” Then the fact the manager took notice of wife’s special day. She was a real pleasure to work with! Great visit!

4 nights in early March. Place is amazing. Kitchen upgrades are very nice. Bed very comfortable. Views are better than advertised! Sunrise on the balcony with a cup of coffee is the best. Easy access to a great beach. Host was great, checked in with us to make all was good!
