It was an ok hotel. Outdated and there was smoking somewhere in the hotel. You could smell it in the hallways and there was a dog barking in the morning in one of the rooms.

Bed bug infestation
Check in was fair. Quick inspection of the room and we thought was ok. Grabbed showers and sat down on bed to begin to relax and found bed bugs. Went to front office immediately with pics and videos of the bed bugs, requested a refund and was denied by the manager. Notified Hotels.com the began trying to contact hotel with no luck. So we are out the money for a room infested with bed bugs

It was quiet and had shopping close by but the pool wasn't heated, and had caution tape around what looked like a whirlpool was removed. Also the rooms had paper for room numbers
