Staff went above and beyond, very approachable, very friendly. I had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was amazing. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very cosy and relaxing. Only issue I can say is all the hotel rooms are upstairs, which for me was quite difficult when checking in and checking out. But other than that 10/10! I would definitely stay at the riva again.

Lovely welcoming staff. Tasty breakfast. Had room 15 which was a very small twin. Sloping floor which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Felt like I was going to roll out of bed! At £108 I felt it was a tad overpriced

Very pleasant surprise!
Stay was just a 'stopover' to break up our journey but we were so impressed with this hotel. Location is great - right on the waterfront, close to parking and electric chargers. Room was spacious and very comfortable and the food was exceptional.
