Set next to a beautiful waterfall that powers the mill. Lots of hiking and walking opportunities in the area. A wonderful breakfast was included the next morning. We thuroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed another night.

One of the most unique properties we have ever stayed at. Breakfast was amazing. The owner's were very attentive, friendly and accommodating. We will return to Linda and Mike's B & B. Sylvan Falls actually runs next to the house and powers the mill that grinds a variety of products. FABULOUS!!

It is a still working mill and together Mike and Linda team up to provide excellent and healthy food using the mill as well and old cook books. Dinner was fabulous and breakfast was a surprise each time. The house is old obviously, but is kept very clean. We even got clean towels daily! We certainly recommend to have a romantic dinner on the day of arrival sitting at the porch overlooking the waterfall!

What a great place to stay and relax. Linda and Mike are great host. Very quit and relaxing. The waterfall with its rushing water was so relaxing and calming. Will definitely visit again.

The property consists of a water fall powered mill dating from the early 19th century. As an historic building, it is old, but well maintained. If you are looking for a modern place to stay with a lot of amenities on site, this place is not for you. If, however, you enjoy living history, in a quiet mountain surrounding, run by friendly, welcoming people, this IS your place. The breakfasts were amazing and I really loved the waterfall and surrounding area. I will come here again.

My wife and I LOVED this B&B! The waterfall and mill were absolutely old world beautiful. Linda and Mike were gracious hosts and so personable! Breakfast was spectacular! We will be back!
