Staff was superb! The room had a rancid smell of being a smoking room all, although it was listed as non-smoking. The air conditioning could not get the room to the set temperature. And the bathtub was on usable as a bathtub.

The room was clean and spacious! The little touch giving us a bag of cookies and mints were a sweet treat! Brandi was friendly and welcoming! Only negative: bird poop on north entrance door and doorway very unappealing, thanks,

I thought the property as a whole was lovely. Nice amenities, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was excellent.

Nice hotel.

Pros: The pool was great.
Location: Located next shopping center.
My experience was nice ,breakfast bar was good.The pool was great and hotel convenietely located

Way overpriced, huge disappointment!

Pros: Great location.

Upon check in the clerk was downright rude! I think she may have been upset that I came in during what was obviously a personal phone call. If it hadn't been so late in the day, I would have cancelled the reservation altogether, but decided to just cancel the second night stay. She said she couldn't do that, and that I would have to call Travelocity. Travelocity tells me they have to call the hotel. After 10 minutes on hold, I was told its ok, there is no penalty. When I requested a confirmation number, she said it's ok, there is no penalty. I asked for a confirmation email but was told ( you guessed it ) it's ok, there is no penalty. The room was clean, the carpet well worn. Practically NO water pressure. When I went to check out in the AM, a different clerk questioned my "early" departure. This was a $60 room that cost me over $160.

Perfect location for our stopover to Indianapolis IN Great value for the $$. Five star cleanliness& accessibility from interstate and fine restaurants. Would definitely make this our stopover on subsequent trips to the midwest.
