I was accussed of smoking in the room. Me and my guest do not smoke and that is very rude of them to accuse us of that. I had faith in the staff that the rooms are cleaned after every guest. When we walked in my brother noticed that the clock was not reset from daylight savings. Which was 5 days prior. So the room has not been cleaned in 5 days? Which leads to the sheets and comforters not being changed so if we actually looked thru the room prior to going to sleep we would have seen the "burn marks" im being accussed of. Ok my fault for not checking but that does not give them the right to charge me for something that was not me. This will be the very last time i give business to this company

Dear Guest, We may have missed updating an alarm clock time as they are becoming a device of the past, but every time a room is rented and checked out it is cleaned. We have to find evidence of two forms before charging a smoking fee. If the evidence is found we charge as evidence would not make it past a room cleaning and inspection after the room has been rented. Everything is of course photographed and put on file. Jamie at the front desk was above and beyond helpful. She was friendly, efficient, professional. I had an issue with Travelocity while checking in and she was unruffled and patiently resolved the problem.
