Rustic Cabin on the Southfork River

A rustic, open-concept studio cabin located on the banks of the Southfork River in historical Hardy, AR. A great spot for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, fishing or just relaxing on the deck. This cozy cabin can sleep 4 adults comfortably or 2 adults and 3 children. There is a queen size bed behind a partition as well as a futon, couch and single bed in the living area. No soap in bath. Toilet seat about to fall off. Roaches on counters, fridge & in cabinets. Owner brought over spray & traps but it really needs professional treatment. We probably killed 50+, lots of babies. Nice location & view. Good AC. Just needs sum maintenance/attention. I straighten the storm door closure rod where it'd close.

A 1 night stay that I booked and inquired about extending for another night 2 days before arrival and never got a response so ended up staying another night somewhere else. Other than that was a cute little cottage with a nice view of the river and in a convenient location.

The River behind cabin is so fun !! My grandson had a Blast swimming and playing with the neighbors there he fished a lot too the cabin could have been Cooler but it’s summer time we enjoyed it there
