Family Holiday
The location was amazing, quirky and unique. The property was also very unique, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The use of bikes in the shed was a super bonus especially for cyclng to the John Wayne Bar ( live music on a Thursday). A couple of points to note and improve the service would be to have some instructions in English. I appreciate that we were the first english guests but if the property is advertised in England then the cleaning requirements etc could be offered in English too. Also the charges for electricity and water need to be communicated in advance so guests don't have the surprise when they arrive. Either include it in the price or make it clear on the advert. Overall a fantastic stay, even the kids, ranging in age from 8years to 20years, had a superb stay. Thank you.

Vieles im Haus kaputt oder überaltert:Türklinken fielen heraus, Fenster ließen sich nicht schließen, an 3 Tagen nur kaltes Wasser in Küche u Bad (!) - übel : bei 3 kleinen Kindern !!, die Dunstabzugshaube verfettet : ließ sich nicht schalten, die Matratzen völlig durchgelegen

Sehr schönes Objekt in sehr ruhiger Lage mit direktem Strandzugang über nur 1 Düne (Steil). Fast menschenleerer schier endloser Strand. Mit kleinen Kindern und Hunden ideal!! Jederzeit wieder!!!

entspannter und ruhiger Urlaub in den Dünen Dänemarks
Während unseres 9tägigen Aufenthaltes konnten wir bei schönem Wetter die Nähe zum Strand und das idyllisch gelegene Grundstück genießen. Bei regnerischem Wetter konnten wir die Vielzahl von Angeboten im Haus nutzen. Die Küche war für alle Koch- und Backvorhaben ausgestattet. Rückzugsmöglichkeiten waren für jeden einzelnen Vorhanden. Aus unserer gemachten Erfahrung können wir definitiv eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Wir hatten schöne Urlaubstage direkt an den Dünen zum Meer. Das Haus war im Grunde sauber und auch wenn wir aus Prinzip immer unsere eigenen Küchenutensilien nutzen hätte es in der Küche an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussenfassade ist entgegen der Bilder etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Inneren ist das Haus sehr hellhörig.

Sehr hundefreundlich!
Die Vermieter haben sich sofort gekümmert, als es Probleme mit dem Schloss der Terrassentür gab und ein neues eingebaut. Das Haus ist groß und bietet viele Schlafplätze. Wenn vier Erwachsene fahren, möchte aber doch jeder das Schlafzimmer unterm Dach haben. Da ist es ein bisschen schade, das im Untergeschoss kein größeres Schlafzimmer ist, diese sind eher klein. Wer eher lärmempfindlich ist, dem kann es schnell zu hellhörig sein. Der Holzboden knarzt und sich völlig ohne Geräusche zu bewegen, ist nicht möglich. Der Ofen ist nur unter der Zuschaltung einer elektrischen Abluftanlage zu benutzen, was bei den hohen Strompreisen in Dänemark etwas ärgerlich ist. Ein Teil der Einrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, wen das nicht stört, der kann es sich gemütlich machen. Die Abbildungen auf dem Fotos spiegeln die Realität gut wieder. Eine Endreinigung für 150 € fanden wir zu teuer und haben selber sauber gemacht. Sich dabei an die aushängenden Vorgaben zu halten, ist nicht leicht, da gefordert wird, alle Fenster zu putzen oder die Teppiche hoch zu nehmen und darunter zu saugen und zu wischen. Da auf dem einen Teppich ein riesiger Esstisch und auf dem anderen ein Sofa steht, bräuchte man dazu wohl Möbelpacker. Wir haben so gereinigt, wie wir das von früheren dänischen Ferienhäusern kennen. Auch bei unserer Ankunft war nicht alles zu 100% sauber, es war aber in Ordnung.
