Enjoy ocean views, tons of space, a massive kitchen, A/C in every room, expansive deck, access to all the fruit trees, a large outdoor gas fire pit, and more. Have you ever picked fresh guavas, mangos, avocados?

* This rental is the top half of the house. Long-term tenants live in the bottom half. Both units of the house have separate entrances and are otherwise private aside from shared exterior property amenities mentioned above. There are other rentals on the property.

* No events or parties can be hosted at this property. Quiet hours are from 9p-8a. There are 3 parking spots. Street parking is not available.

* Please keep in mind that you are visiting Hawaii countryside where the animals are a regular and important part of life. Ants, roosters, geckos, lizards, and cockroaches live alongside humans here. We will always have a clean and well-kept home for you, but please be advised that little visitors are not uncommon.

* There is a chicken coop and roosters on the property. The domestic roosters may caw in the morning, and wild roosters may do this as well.

* Optional travel insurance is offered including a "cancel for any reason" option. Available for purchase after booking if check-in date is > 30 days away.

* Where applicable, the 3% payment processing fee per transaction is non-refundable.

Lovely place for a big group!
We had a group of 13 women staying at the house and everything was fantastic. The common area is very large and open, the kitchen is big and the wraparound porch is great. The beds were comfortable. There is a large selection of beach chairs and toys that we used. The fireplace looked great but we didn't have a chance to use it. The owners are downstairs and were very friendly and helpful. Be aware that one room is on the third floor and has funky stairs and no bathroom. There are only two bathrooms, but we made it work. There could be a few more items in the kitchen (more kitchen towels, a cookie sheet), but overall it was a great place to stay. I would come back again.

Perfect north shore stay for family and friends
This place is perfect for big groups looking to enjoy the north shore. What you don’t see in the photos is a beautiful garden with tons of free space to roam. Our toddlers particularly enjoyed chasing the chickens around the garden (early rising roosters mind you!). Also, they have a shed full of beach toys and gear to make the most of your time exploring the beautiful beaches around. Would highly recommend and would come stay again!

Fun home and location
14 of us stayed here over thanksgiving. We had a great time at the house and the surrounding area. Owners are great. Kids wished we stayed at the house longer as we split time at a hotel. We would stay here again! Haleiwa is a nice shopping and beach town. Short drive to Turtle Bay. Enjoyed Tao luau nearby. Loved the surf at Banzai Pipeline!

Had a very pleasant experience staying here. The location is good with food trucks and a beach nearby. There were plenty of towels and other beach supplies made available to us. The host was very responsive whenever we needed assistance. I would definitely recommend it!

This was an amazing house that was super close to great beaches, food, Waimea falls, and where we got married. The host family was so great and very helpful. I will definitely let people know about our stay at the north shore nook!

Great House for Large Groups
We spent a week here with 14 family members ages 1-74, and had a great stay. Katie, the host who lives downstairs was super friendly and accommodating, as well as the rest of her family. The house was well stocked, minus ice, and the grounds were beautiful! The kids had a great time checking for eggs each day and the grandparents enjoyed the wrap around lanai. Each bedroom had it's own air conditioning unit, as well as the living room. The host supplied loads of beach toys, boards, chairs, and towels, which was awesome as we headed to various beaches each day.

The perfect Hawaiian stay for a large group
This was the perfect place to stay for our group of four adults and five kids (ages 5-12). There was plenty of space, dishes, towels, and beach supplies for all of us. The kitchen size could accommodate many cooking or dishing up at once. Being from a cooler environment, we appreciated the AC and ceiling fans. And it was perfect that we were so close to a Foodland grocery store that had more allergy friendly food items than we anticipated. For sea glass hunting we loved how close we were to Ke Iki Beach, and we all enjoyed playing in the waves at Three Tables Beach. Both less than 10 minutes away. Also for days we needed a break, the entertainment system and provided games were perfect. This is totally a property we would stay at again. Kids feedback: They loved the chicken, rabbits, fire pit, playing with the host families kids, the large size of the property, the big kitchen, and large couch.

Peaceful north shore property.
Great experience. The facility was perfect for our group and close to the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would recommend this house for large groups and families.
