Each of the three bedrooms is beautifully appointed, featuring comfortable bedding and each their own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, the second bedroom features two twin beds, making it the perfect space for kids. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed.
The large living room offers a huge & classy entertaining space which opens up to the patio where the heated private pool is located. The outdoor furniture and decor provide a great atmosphere for both the family, and a glass of wine by the pool during sunset.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.

Additional Amenities Available: The Balmoral Clubhouse (for an additional fee paid directly to the clubhouse at tie mom entry) features an expansive water complex.

Property was great for what we needed. Suggestions would be to be more clear on the check in time as site says 4 pm and auto notification says 3 pm. We messaged manager all day with not response until we just showed up at at the property and finally got notice of code for enterance at 3:48 pm.

Nice big house but no heated pool
The house was really nice, clean and comfortable. It is much bigger than many of the places we’ve rented around Orlando. It was a perfect location for us to visit grandparents. However, the listing said the pool was heated and unfortunately we got a cooler week in Fl and there was no heater for the pool. It would be a good place for hot summer days but the listing should be changed.
