This beautiful houseboat is the most unique way to stay and experience REDWING on the water. Expansive upper decks allow for amazing views of the cruise ships coming into port, where you can take in the city skyline at night while sitting around the firepit. Get ready to soak up the sunshine on the top deck or stay tucked inside cuddled up with your favorite book while enjoying the summer breezes. There is a gas grill on the upper deck for cooking your favorite foods. The aft deck boost 2 lovely chairs where sipping on your morning coffee and watching the boats and ducks float by is by far the most enjoyable way to spend your morning. This is the best Cabin on the water anywhere around.

Docked at Harbor Bar Marina right across the river from Redwing. The marina has a great restaurant and bar on site. With live music most weekends. Harbor Bar music festivals summer 2022 include - Classic Rock Fest, Blues Fest, Reggae Fest, Country Fest. Inquire for dates of each

The space
You’ll enter into a very spacious living space with an L shaped couch – Which folds down able to fit 1 adult comfortable (sorta 😉), TV and bar seating area with lots of windows. The Aft stateroom has a Queen bed, adjoining full bath with electric head (toilet) & stand alone stall shower. (NOTE - Boat toilets and showers operate very differently from a home with indoor plumbing.)

Also on board is a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer (bring your own ice), microwave, 2-burner range, oven, sink, & dining area! Don’t forget the great gas grill on the upper deck.

Guest access
Houseboat is docked at a private marina (small boat shown in photos not included)
Full access of the boat and all its amenities with the exception of the ability to drive boat! Able to park car for free in Marina parking lot...just steps away from boat! Marina amenities include laundry facilities, and on-site waterfront restaurant!

Other things to note
Please remember this is a boat and therefore the hot water tank is small and will not produce a long endless hot shower like we are used to with indoor plumbing in a home! While you are welcome to use the shower on board we encourage you to walk a few steps away to the nearest building where we provide access to locked showers/bathrooms for use by our guests!

One bath towel and wash cloth provided per person.


**IMPORTANT RULES - PLEASE READ**
• This property has a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• Any booking will require a selfie taken with a valid ID due to our contactless check-in process.
• Guests booking close to arrival date may require an additional $2000 deposit
• All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• No smoking
• No pets allowed
• No events
• Please respect the boat and clean up after yourself!
• Quite Hours – Strictly 10PM-7AM
• Direct Bookings or Vrbo Bookings and other platforms will be subject to a 3% Cancellation fee
• Your email address is required for us to send the Rental Agreement. Please inquire about the Terms and Conditions Prior to Booking.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premise with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
