This hotel is excellent!! Front desk employees were friendly & helpful & made sure our one night stay was memorable. The room was very clean & bed very comfortable. The room was also very QUIET - we got a good, full night's sleep! We will certainly stay here again.

The Hotel van was waiting at the airport when we arrived at after 10:00 to make sure we got to the hotel before the 11:00 curfew. As usual, they took care of us very well, we do not stay anywhere else in Guayaquil.
