Bien placé
Appartement très bien placé avec le port animé , ses magasins et l'étang juste à côté pour de belles balades. Seul et gros défaut appartement très vieillot et pas très propre. Micro onde catastrophique à l'intérieur, (photos à l'appui), cuisinière bancale avec four encrassé, table de terrasse rouillée etc...un petit ventilateur serait aussi bien pratique. L'appartement aurait besoin d'un bon coup de rafraichissement et électroménager remis à neuf ce qui gâche un peu le côté positif de sa localisation.
