Due to an issues with my card expiration date-I put it in wrong at time of booking-which was at least 6 months ago-my reservation was canceled with NO WARNING. I was informed when I went inside to check in that I didnt have a room. I was told my phone number was not available which is not true-it was in my reservation info. Very disappointed-had to stay in a very run down hotel due to a concert selling out all the decent rooms in the area!

Didn't like the fact that at 6:00 a.m. the people above us were stomping around and walking back and forth for 2 hours. My party and I didn't have to get up and leave until checkout. So it was very annoying that people don't have respect for others around them.
